Blessing

Blessing is part of the cycle of four horses to God according to Jewish tradition and the Bible based on a formula, namely: "Blessed are you Lord our God, King of the world." According to tradition, Abraham was the first who taught the people the meaning of gratitude for the food given, "to bless God of the universe due to which I ate." Moses was the one that established the obligation to say the blessing after meals as it is written explicitly in the Torah: "When you eat and you will be tired bless the Lord your God." (Deuteronomy VIII.10)
