In Chapter VIII of Nehemiah, is written in verse 8, "and they read pieces from the book of God's law, which then means they correct interpretation of what is read. Pharisees wise interpret Scripture and formulated laws for actions in life civil and religious to be in agreement with this interpretation. rabbis continued this dual activity and their teachings were passed from masters to disciples orally. they must remain oral and consequently fluent and sincere.

But while all these comments have been entrusted to writing voluminous sec. IV in the Holy Land and sec. VI in Babylon. Together, these two books constitute the Talmud
